• Orders are shipped from Ohio.

• I try to ship all orders within 5 business days. For larger orders (5+ scoops) or those with video add-ons, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for packing.Please keep in mind that Cozy Scoops is a single-person shop; during busy times, product updates, or sales, processing times may be extended. I appreciate your patience and support!

• I ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and box size.

• Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during holidays or due to weather delays.
  

• ✈️ INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS: PLEASE READ
  To get you the best possible shipping rates (and to make sure your package arrives safely!), International Scoops are packed a little differently.
  Due to strict international shipping rules, we cannot ship certain items overseas.
  If you are ordering outside the US:
  We will swap out any of these restricted items for something of equal or greater value. You still get a full scoop of cozy fun, just without the items that make customs grumpy. 😊
