Orders are shipped from Ohio, USA.
Each scoop is hand-picked and packed by me, one order at a time. Processing times vary depending on order volume, inventory updates, order size, and the time needed to carefully prepare each order.
Please keep in mind that Cozy Scoops is a single-person shop. During busy times, product updates, or sales, processing times may be extended. I appreciate your patience and support while I carefully prepare each order!
Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout before placing your order. This timeframe includes processing and shipping estimates. If you need your order by a specific date, please make sure the estimated timeframe works for your needs before ordering.
If you need your order sooner, I do offer a Priority Packing upgrade that moves your order to the front of the processing line. This must be purchased at the time of your order and cannot be added after your order has been submitted.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
If you added video packing, your video will be posted within 24 hours of your shipment notification.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays, weather delays, or due to circumstances outside of my control.

## ✈️ INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS: PLEASE READ
To get you the best possible shipping rates (and to make sure your package arrives safely!), International Scoops are packed a little differently.
International orders are shipped one day per week. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your estimated delivery timeframe, as this may add additional time before your order begins its journey.
Due to strict international shipping rules, we cannot ship certain items overseas.
If you are ordering outside the US:
We will swap out any of these restricted items for something of equal or greater value. You still get a full scoop of cozy fun, just without the items that make customs grumpy. 😊
