To get you the best possible shipping rates (and to make sure your package arrives safely!), International Scoops will have some substitutes.

Due to strict international shipping rules, I cannot ship certain items overseas.

If you are ordering outside the US: I will swap out any of these restricted items for something of equal or greater value. You still get a full scoop of cozy fun, just without the items that make customs grumpy. 😊
