I only film 2–3 packing videos per day to keep them manageable and prevent a video backlog. I open new spots every morning around 10am ET. Orders placed without the add-on may still be recorded if extra filming spots are available, but it is not guaranteed.

In the past, trying to film every order, especially during busy times, sometimes meant customers didn’t see their video until days after their scoop arrived, which took away some of the fun. This way, everyone who gets a video can see it right after it’s packed!
